Job Description

Program Manager supporting complex IT project management and partner engagement at AIS, ensuring successful execution of the BPA while driving client success.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as Deputy PM, supporting overall program leadership and execution
  • Facilitate Executive Steering Committee (ESC) meetings to ensure alignment and progress
  • Monitor and report BPA performance and workshare metrics
  • Develop and maintain Playbook modules focused on performance, reporting, and response requirements
  • Identify and remove barriers (e.g., Top Secret Facility Clearance (TS FCL)) for small business subcontractors and partners
  • Plan, initiate, and manage IT projects from inception through completion
  • Lead and guide technical staff, ensuring adherence to deadlines, standards, and cost targets
  • Evaluate performance results and recommend major changes impacting short-term project growth and success
  • Serve as a technical expert across multiple project assignments

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree in a related field
  • 10+ years of project/program management experience, preferably within DoD environments
  • PMP required; Agile Scrum certification preferred
  • Active Top Secret Clearance is mandatory
  • Proven ability to manage complex IT projects and lead technical teams
  • Strong understanding of cost, schedule, and scope management principles
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with BPA performance management and partner engagement
  • Familiarity with DoD acquisition processes and compliance requirements
  • Ability to resolve clearance-related challenges for subcontractors and partners
