Job Description
Program Manager supporting complex IT project management and partner engagement at AIS, ensuring successful execution of the BPA while driving client success.
Responsibilities:
- Act as Deputy PM, supporting overall program leadership and execution
- Facilitate Executive Steering Committee (ESC) meetings to ensure alignment and progress
- Monitor and report BPA performance and workshare metrics
- Develop and maintain Playbook modules focused on performance, reporting, and response requirements
- Identify and remove barriers (e.g., Top Secret Facility Clearance (TS FCL)) for small business subcontractors and partners
- Plan, initiate, and manage IT projects from inception through completion
- Lead and guide technical staff, ensuring adherence to deadlines, standards, and cost targets
- Evaluate performance results and recommend major changes impacting short-term project growth and success
- Serve as a technical expert across multiple project assignments
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree in a related field
- 10+ years of project/program management experience, preferably within DoD environments
- PMP required; Agile Scrum certification preferred
- Active Top Secret Clearance is mandatory
- Proven ability to manage complex IT projects and lead technical teams
- Strong understanding of cost, schedule, and scope management principles
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with BPA performance management and partner engagement
- Familiarity with DoD acquisition processes and compliance requirements
- Ability to resolve clearance-related challenges for subcontractors and partners
