Job Description

Payor Relations Administrator at Millennium Health managing enrollment processes with payors and ensuring revenue integrity. Requires strong organizational skills and communication in a remote workplace.

Responsibilities:

  • Works alongside market access and the revenue cycle management team.
  • Responsible for completing payor applications of interest, credentialing, revalidations, and enrollments with contracted and non-contracted payors.
  • Ensure no impacts to revenue based on unfulfilled payor enrollment requests.
  • Accountable for processes that promote department efficiency and present revenue opportunities.
  • Build rapport with payors and team members.
  • Communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
  • Self-starter requiring minimal direction and supervision, open to new ideas, and flexible in a remote setting.
  • Set and maintain multiple priorities while meeting strict deadlines and turnaround time.
  • Identify, complete, and communicate payor’s procedures in relation to enrollment.
  • Support compliance initiatives through monitoring payors and working with the leadership team.
  • Maintain strictest confidentiality; adhere to all HIPAA guidelines/regulations and compliance in relation to billing, collections, and release of information.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED minimum requirement
  • Associate's degree or higher highly preferred
  • Insurance basics, PPO, HMO, POS, Capitation, Workers Comp, Mva
  • Government programs such as Medicare, Medicare HMO, Medicaid, Medicaid HMO, Tricare, Veterans Affairs, Blue Cross Blue Shield Federal
  • Certificate or degree in Health Care Management Field strongly recommended.
  • Minimum 1 year billing experience desired
  • Excel, create and maintain spreadsheets.
  • Word.
  • Proficient in 10 key.
  • Exceptional Customer Service.
  • Ability to communicate clear and concise information.
  • Typing speed of 40 wpm
