  • Data storytelling and strategic partnership
  • Translate data into insights: Translate complex correlations and statistical models into simple narratives and practical recommendations for directors and C-level executives.
  • Analytical culture: Train and foster a data-driven culture within the HR team so they begin to use data in their daily decisions instead of relying solely on intuition.

Requirements:

  • Academic background: Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Psychology or related fields.
  • Data manipulation (SQL): Proficiency in SQL for extracting, joining and cleaning data from different sources.
  • Programming for analysis: Intermediate/advanced experience in Python (focus on data analysis and machine learning libraries such as Pandas and Scikit-Learn).

  • Ability to translate complex charts and statistical outputs into a simple, visual narrative aimed at business decision-making.
  • Discretion and ethics: High sense of responsibility and confidentiality, as you will constantly handle highly sensitive data (salaries, terminations, medical records).
  • Business orientation and empathy: Curiosity to understand people’s and the business’s pain points, not just a focus on technical elegance of code.
