Job Description
People Development Consultant using digital marketing, AI, and relationship-building to support professional growth. Coaching clients and team members in a flexible remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in regular live training and team collaboration
- Use AI technology to attract high-intent enquiries
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns using content and social media
- Build brand visibility and engagement across digital platforms
- Generate and nurture qualified enquiries through digital marketing activities
- Build relationships with prospective clients via phone, Zoom, and email
- Conduct structured phone and Zoom interviews to assess client suitability and alignment
- Onboard, mentor, coach, and support team members in their development
- Maintain accurate CRM records, client communications, and administrative processes
- Deliver consistent, professional follow-up throughout the client journey
Requirements:
- Minimum of five years’ professional work experience after completing formal education
- Must reside in and be legally entitled to work in the country where the opportunity is advertised
- Experienced professional; not suitable for students or entry-level applicants
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Results-focused approach
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong communication, relationship-building, coaching, and people-development abilities
- Driven, curious, and committed to continuous learning, personal growth, and professional development
- Adaptable, coachable, and solutions-focused
- Sound judgement and confidence to follow proven systems
- Highly organized with excellent time management, attention to detail, and prioritization skills
