Job Description

People Operations Apprentice supporting HR processes at AI-powered HighLevel. Managing employee data, reporting, compliance, benefits administration, and lifecycle activities remotely in India.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft employee communications, policy updates, reminders, and People Operations announcements for review
  • Analyze recurring employee helpdesk queries and improve FAQs and employee self-service resources
  • Support scheduling and coordination of employee webinars and related communications
  • Analyze employee helpdesk metrics, including ticket volumes, categories, SLA performance, and resolution times
  • Track onboarding, offboarding, leave, and attendance metrics and assist with periodic reporting
  • Prepare ad hoc reports, dashboards, and data insights for the People Operations team
  • Maintain employee records and validate mandatory documentation for compliance and audit readiness
  • Audit pending onboarding and offboarding activities and coordinate with stakeholders for timely completion
  • Support recurring People Operations compliance and validation activities
  • Create and maintain quick-reference guides, checklists, FAQs, and process documentation
  • Organize and update People Operations knowledge repositories and shared documentation
  • Identify opportunities to simplify and standardize People Operations processes
  • Support employee benefits renewal and related operational activities
  • Assist with HR data clean-up, validation, and reconciliation across Darwinbox and other HR systems
  • Validate employee information, including bank account and payroll-related data
  • Support People Operations projects and process improvement initiatives
  • Maintain trackers and follow up on action items
  • Coordinate with People Operations, Payroll, IT, and other internal teams
  • Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort working with data, spreadsheets, and reports
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Ability to handle employee information with confidentiality and discretion
  • Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned responsibilities
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Interest in building a career in Human Resources or People Operations
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets would be an advantage

Benefits:
