Job Description
Manager of People Operations overseeing HR operations and employee relations in a healthcare setting. Leading HR initiatives to support growth and ensure compliance in a regulated environment.
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end HR operations
- Lead employee relations case management
- Execute key workstreams for PEO exit
- Build scalable HR policies and procedures
- Establish consistent onboarding and offboarding processes
- Serve as primary HRIS administrator
- Manage vendor relationships
- Partner cross-functionally with departments
- Maintain audit-ready documentation
- Develop SOPs and workflows
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5–7+ years of progressive HR experience
- Strong experience managing benefits administration
- Hands-on experience with HRIS systems
- Working knowledge of employment laws
- Proven ability to manage investigations
- Experience supporting multi-site organizations
- Strong project management skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
