Job Description

Manager of People Operations overseeing HR operations and employee relations in a healthcare setting. Leading HR initiatives to support growth and ensure compliance in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end HR operations
  • Lead employee relations case management
  • Execute key workstreams for PEO exit
  • Build scalable HR policies and procedures
  • Establish consistent onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Serve as primary HRIS administrator
  • Manage vendor relationships
  • Partner cross-functionally with departments
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation
  • Develop SOPs and workflows

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5–7+ years of progressive HR experience
  • Strong experience managing benefits administration
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS systems
  • Working knowledge of employment laws
  • Proven ability to manage investigations
  • Experience supporting multi-site organizations
  • Strong project management skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
