Job Description
People & Talent Systems Specialist guiding clients with tool selection and implementations for scalable growth. Managing multiple projects and leveraging AI for efficiency in a remote setting.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end implementations of integrated people and talent systems
- Guide clients through strategic tool selection
- Execute seamless implementations establishing scalable foundations for growth
- Help clients understand which tools to adopt and how to build people operations infrastructure
Requirements:
- 10-20 simultaneous project management skills
- Technical proficiency with complex SaaS ecosystems and data integrations
- Experience with ATS architecture and HRIS data models
- Ability to rapidly assess scope and prioritize deliverables
- Strong organizational skills with project management tools like Notion and Asana
- Experience in change management across organizations of all sizes
- Familiarity with AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT for implementation planning
