Job Description

Analista PeopleSoft responsible for payroll processing using Oracle PeopleSoft. Requires strong knowledge of labor legislation and payroll configurations in Brazil.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform payroll processing using Oracle PeopleSoft.
  • Configure and parameterize the payroll module in PeopleSoft.
  • Integrate with accounting and financial systems.
  • Analyze and verify complex calculations for vacations, termination settlements, and benefits.
  • Conduct internal audits and ensure banking compliance.

Requirements:

  • Solid experience in payroll processing using Oracle PeopleSoft.
  • Knowledge of labor and social security legislation (CLT), payroll taxes and contributions, and eSocial.
  • Configuration and parameterization of the payroll module in PeopleSoft.
  • Integration with accounting and financial systems.
  • Analysis and verification of complex calculations (vacation, termination settlements, benefits).
  • Basic SQL skills for queries and adjustments.
  • Experience with internal audits and banking compliance.
  • Familiarity with information security processes in the financial sector.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in calculations.
  • Strong organization and deadline management to ensure deliveries within the legal calendar.
  • Clear communication skills for interaction with HR, Finance, and IT teams.
  • Proactive approach to identify inconsistencies and propose improvements.
  • Resilience and adaptability, especially during payroll close periods.
  • Ethics and confidentiality, essential for handling sensitive data.
