Job Description
Analista PeopleSoft responsible for payroll processing using Oracle PeopleSoft. Requires strong knowledge of labor legislation and payroll configurations in Brazil.
Responsibilities:
- Perform payroll processing using Oracle PeopleSoft.
- Configure and parameterize the payroll module in PeopleSoft.
- Integrate with accounting and financial systems.
- Analyze and verify complex calculations for vacations, termination settlements, and benefits.
- Conduct internal audits and ensure banking compliance.
Requirements:
- Solid experience in payroll processing using Oracle PeopleSoft.
- Knowledge of labor and social security legislation (CLT), payroll taxes and contributions, and eSocial.
- Configuration and parameterization of the payroll module in PeopleSoft.
- Integration with accounting and financial systems.
- Analysis and verification of complex calculations (vacation, termination settlements, benefits).
- Basic SQL skills for queries and adjustments.
- Experience with internal audits and banking compliance.
- Familiarity with information security processes in the financial sector.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in calculations.
- Strong organization and deadline management to ensure deliveries within the legal calendar.
- Clear communication skills for interaction with HR, Finance, and IT teams.
- Proactive approach to identify inconsistencies and propose improvements.
- Resilience and adaptability, especially during payroll close periods.
- Ethics and confidentiality, essential for handling sensitive data.
