Job Description

Performance Marketing Manager developing Perspective Funnels and managing Facebook Ads. Focusing on campaign structure, creatives, and continuous optimization.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop Perspective funnels: strategy, structure, A/B tests and continuous optimization (forms, steps, copy, tracking).
  • Manage Meta/Facebook Ads: campaign structure, audiences, budgets, creative testing and retargeting.
  • Produce creatives & copy: hooks, primary text, headlines, ad variants and landing page copy; briefing/production with AI for UGC/video.
  • Ensure tracking & reporting: Meta Pixel & Conversions API, event setup.
  • Quality & compliance: QA checklists, consistent naming conventions, GDPR-compliant setups.

Requirements:

  • Proven success in performance marketing on Meta (leadgen/recruiting/B2B), including live campaign performance evidence.
  • Confident use of Perspective and a strong sense for conversion levers.
  • Strong copywriting skills and regular experience developing creatives (Canva/Figma/XD; bonus: basic video editing skills).
  • Solid understanding of tracking (Pixel, CAPI, GA4, UTM) and structured A/B test logic.
  • Independent, reliable working style, clear communication and high execution capability.
  • Nice to have: experience with Google Ads, Webflow, recruiting campaigns and B2B lead generation.
