Inside Sales Professional driving market share for Alberta Blue Cross. Building client relationships, collaborating internally, and achieving sales targets with a focus on personal development.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive increased market share through achieving/exceeding sales results
  • Foster client relationships and provide exceptional customer experience
  • Utilize interpersonal skills for rapport and trust development via calls
  • Develop corporate and personal brand through integrity and follow-up
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders for customer experience
  • Engage in weekly coaching sessions for professional development

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in inside sales
  • Proven sales professional excelling at role
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills to understand customer needs
  • Ability to build relationships and trust with customers
  • Ability to navigate complex situations
  • Strong desire to succeed and focus on personal development
