Job Description
Physician Recruiter building radiologist pipelines for Experity’s on-demand healthcare platform. Managing recruitment, reporting, marketing, and credentialing coordination remotely from Florida.
Responsibilities:
- Use all available resources to recruit new radiologists
- Work closely with the Radiology Group to determine needs and gaps
- Place advertisements and market job posts as needed
- Represent the company at events, conferences, and trade shows to facilitate recruitment
- Conduct interviews with potential radiologists
- Collaborate with team members to address staffing concerns and operational gaps
- Draft and execute Independent Contractor agreements
- Assist the Credentialing team with onboarding and addressing radiologists’ needs
- Communicate regularly with prospective radiologists regarding problems or concerns
- Assess candidates’ computer and programming efficiency
- Provide ongoing support to radiologists as needed
- Report recruitment efforts and candidate pipeline status to the Teleradiology Department and Chief Medical Officer
- Maintain a healthy candidate pipeline with defined metrics for each recruitment stage
- Deliver biweekly recruitment status reports to the Director, Talent Acquisition and CMO
- Execute recruitment marketing strategies, including event representation and digital campaigns
- Partner with Credentialing to ensure new radiologists are fully onboarded and active within expected timeframes
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Human Resources or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Three years of experience in recruiting or related experience
- Effective analytical ability and organizational skills with attention to detail and prioritization
- Ability to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction including physicians, clients, employees, and administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to travel as needed
- Previous experience recruiting radiologists or experience working in radiology preferred
- Knowledge of PACS system preferred
