Job Description

PLM Analyst providing administrative support for PLM/eNovia users at 3M. Collaborating with users and IT to ensure system functions correctly and meets business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support for PLM/eNovia users including:
  • Providing guidance to users on which access to request, supporting users in submitting access requests, approving or rejecting access requests for BG access.
  • Managing business structural data (templates, route templates, workflows, groups, etc.)
  • Troubleshooting technical issues for business related data
  • Collaborating with users and IT to ensure system functions correctly and meets business objectives

Requirements:

  • Three (3) years of software systems experience in a private, public, government or military environment
  • Two (2) years administrative experience with document management systems (such as eNovia) in a private, public, government or military environment
  • Experience migrating documentation management systems
  • Experience with the Quality Modules of SAP
  • Experience training users on system use and applications
