Job Description

SDR at IT Universe focusing on lead organization and engagement through research and communication. Collaborating with sales team and managing high lead volumes effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and organize marketing leads;
  • Research leads;
  • Prepare a script for the first contact;
  • Analyze lead characteristics and identify their needs;
  • Qualify leads to confirm sales potential;
  • Drive lead engagement through follow-ups;
  • Schedule meetings with the sales representative.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work with a high volume of leads;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Ability to handle objections;
  • Familiarity with prospects and their profiles;
  • Closely aligned with the sales team and other company departments;
  • Bachelor's degree (in progress or completed);
