Job Description
Procurement Analyst role focusing on energy data analysis and reporting for a global supplier. Supporting sustainability and operational efficiency initiatives across international sites.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring, analysing, and reporting on energy data including spend, consumption, and pricing
- Improving data accuracy and quality across multiple systems and sources
- Ensuring seamless information flows between suppliers, sites, Accounts Payable, and our energy consultancy partners
- Investigating and resolving invoice discrepancies and cost queries
- Maintaining a global overview of energy consumption and cost, including shared/landlord supply arrangements
- Supporting finance teams and site controllers with monthly variance reporting and impact assessments
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Confidence handling, manipulating, and interpreting data from multiple sources
- An analytical mindset with the ability to challenge data and spot anomalies
- Great communication skills – able to build strong relationships across teams and levels
- The ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
- A proactive, solution-focused approach
- Experience working to deadlines and managing your own workload effectively
