Job Description
Product Line Manager developing and managing premium network services at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Responsible for customer experience and service lifecycle from onboarding to ongoing support.
Responsibilities:
- Designs, plans, develops, and leads a portfolio of premium network services.
- Owns the end-to-end lifecycle of Elevate offerings including Premium Support and Optimization Services.
- Ensures Elevate services deliver differentiated value and sustained recurring revenue growth.
- Develops strategy and drives innovative service concepts for customer retention and brand trust.
- Leads a senior product management team and provides cross-division functional leadership.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in product management or services leadership within high-tech or networking environments.
- Deep experience with premium support, lifecycle services, optimization services, and ITSM-driven service models.
- Strong financial acumen with demonstrated success in recurring revenue and subscription-based offers.
- Exceptional executive communication, influence, and leadership skills.
