Job Description

Service Product Manager driving diagnostic X-ray lifecycle value, installed-base growth, and service revenue for Philips’ North American healthcare technology portfolio.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive customer lifecycle value, installed base growth, and service orders and revenue performance across the North American DXR portfolio
  • Lead North America service growth initiatives and lifecycle optimization programs for the DXR portfolio
  • Develop and execute regional strategies to maximize lifecycle value creation
  • Drive service attachment strategies tied to Point-of-Sale transactions, including term attachment optimization
  • Manage initiatives to retain, upgrade, and expand the existing customer installed base
  • Improve long-term service profitability
  • Lead targeted growth programs related to DXR portfolio targets
  • Partner with sales, service, and marketing teams to align customer value messaging and commercial execution
  • Collaborate with regional sales, service delivery, marketing, finance, and global business teams
  • Support business case development, pricing strategies, and market opportunity assessments
  • Track KPIs and business performance metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and optimize results
  • Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs
  • Identify new lifecycle and service growth opportunities
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on lifecycle management strategies and installed base optimization

Requirements:

  • At least 3+ years of industry experience, ideally in product management or marketing, healthcare, or MedTech products and solutions
  • Familiarity with radiology and service structure for capital equipment is required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required
  • Ability to successfully perform the minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation
  • Broad knowledge of products and services within scope
  • Ability to foster collaboration across multifunctional teams
  • US work authorization is a precondition of employment
  • Candidates must not require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa, now or in the future
  • Ability to travel 10%
