Job Description
Product Operations Manager at WellnessLiving, a SaaS company enhancing product operations and workflows for health and wellness businesses. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and optimizing processes in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Own and optimize the Product team’s tool stack, including: Jira Software & Jira Product Discovery (JPD), Confluence, Product dashboards & reporting tools
- Build automations that remove friction and manual work from product workflows
- Define and evolve how product work gets done, including: Discovery → Delivery → Launch workflows
- Be the guardian of Product quality and consistency
- Support Product Managers to do their best work
- Act as a bridge between Product and the rest of the organization
- Use data to make Product better
Requirements:
- 5+ years in Product Operations, Product Management, Program Management, or similar roles in a SaaS environment
- Deep hands-on experience administering Jira and Confluence (or similar ecosystems)
- Proven track record designing and rolling out processes across teams
- Experience building automations and workflows (Jira automation, APIs, low-code tools)
- Exposure to AI tools for productivity is a strong plus
