Job Description

Product Ops Analyst supporting product and technology teams in various initiatives and communication. Collaborating to ensure alignment with end customer needs in a remote work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Support and manage scheduling, meetings, and records related to Product initiatives, ensuring supporting materials and follow-ups are provided
  • Update and organize initiative information in corporate tools, keeping data consistent and accessible
  • Assist cross-functional communication by recording decisions and agreements and ensuring easy access to information
  • Help create simple communications materials and presentations following established templates and standards
  • Support training and mentoring activities in Product by organizing schedules, participants, materials, and records
  • Assist with sending communications and mailings via Outlook as directed
  • Help monitor deadlines, status, and deliverables for Product initiatives

Requirements:

  • University degree (completed or in progress)
  • Prior experience or interest in areas such as:
  • Product Ops, Product (PO/PM), Projects, or PMO
  • Interest in working with digital products and collaborative environments
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with frequent use of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Outlook experience for organizing communications, distribution lists, and sending mailings
  • Work management and documentation tools, preferably Jira and Confluence (or equivalents)
  • Tools for creating simple communication materials, preferably Canva (or equivalent)
  • Dashboards and reports: ability to understand and analyze information is required; building dashboards is a plus
  • Power BI: understanding and analyzing dashboards is required; creating dashboards is a plus
