Job Description
Product Specialist driving Allergan Aesthetics medical aesthetics sales across northeastern Poland. Managing physician and pharmacy relationships, training healthcare professionals, and delivering territory growth.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Allergan Aesthetics’ relationships with physicians, injectors, pharmacies, and other healthcare professionals in the designated area
- Increase awareness and appropriate use of designated Allergan Aesthetics products
- Define and implement effective approaches with affiliate sales management
- Drive sales performance of the designated portfolio
- Develop, manage, and implement business plans and programs in the assigned geographic region
- Engage customers in placing orders and present commercial policies and seasonal offers
- Achieve quantitative objectives for the designated territory
- Develop sales strategies aligned with Allergan Aesthetics’ overall strategic plan
- Leverage the portfolio and increase market share within the territory
- Develop and manage relationships with relevant internal stakeholders
- Build long-term customer relationships based on ethical principles
- Make presentations and organize group events for healthcare professionals
- Provide training and support on the proper use of Allergan Aesthetics products
- Identify new territory opportunities for strategic synergies and target-group development
- Plan daily activities and customer calls using a CRM system
- Report KPIs and maximize customer time through monthly and daily call planning
- Effectively use the budget and keep the business plan up to date
- Implement improvements and adhere to the company ethical code and promotional strategy
Requirements:
- Educated to degree level
- 2–3 years of experience in a Product Specialist, medical representative, or equivalent commercial healthcare, medical aesthetics, or similar role
- Business acumen
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Proven track record of working within a team and across the organization to coordinate resources effectively and deliver an effective service to customers
- Demonstrable success in negotiating, consulting, and building relationships, leading to overachievement of performance measurements
- Willingness to travel on a regular basis
- Valid, preferably clean driving license
- English – intermediate or above
