Job Description
Program Manager overseeing configuration segments within Geisinger Health Plan. Responsible for leading and ensuring compliance with operational strategies and budget management.
Responsibilities:
- Provides leadership and/or business and technical oversight of assigned configuration segments within the organization
- Creates and rolls out policies and procedures associated with assigned configuration segments
- Acts as point of contact and has full accountability for a high degree of redundancy and reliability of assigned configuration segment
- Identifies best practices for service offerings for all areas of configuration
- Prepares periodic budget and adherence for the department
- Monitors compliance with Operations procedures and policies and reports findings to Operations leadership
- Works with departmental and division management to develop and implement Operations strategies
- Establish and monitor operational KPIs, including productivity standards
- Develops and administers Operations budget for responsible area
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree-Information Technology (Required)
- Minimum of 6 years-Related work experience (Required)
- Minimum of 2 years-Managerial/Supervisory (Required)
