Job Description
GPS Program Support Specialist providing bilingual English-Spanish support. Handling communications, troubleshooting, and hosting Zoom meetings for participant engagement and training assistance.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure a seamless participant experience by handling administrative tasks with precision
- Manage program communications across email, Slack, and HubSpot
- Assist participants with navigation and troubleshooting in Zoom and other platforms
- Develop and maintain participant support resources
- Moderate Zoom meetings and live support groups
- Track attendance and registration using HubSpot and LMS
- Conduct sound, video, and connection tests for facilitators
Requirements:
- Bilingual (English-Spanish)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Experience in customer service, facilitation, coaching, or teaching
- Competency with video conferencing tools
- High emotional intelligence
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
