Job Description
Project Manager managing energy projects for consulting and implementation in a remote capacity across Germany. Overseeing quality-focused operations from planning to completion.
Responsibilities:
- End-to-end project management: leading new client projects in the energy sector — structured, autonomous, and solution-oriented
- Confidently manage multiple concurrent projects: responsibility for several initiatives simultaneously, from planning through to completion
- Advisor and doer in one: actively involved in operational implementation with close proximity to processes
- Drive intelligent process improvements: analyze workflows, identify potential, and develop practical solutions
- Central point of contact: liaison for clients, stakeholders, and steering committees
Requirements:
- At least five years’ professional experience in commercial/business processes within the energy industry, ideally in market communication, billing, metering, or grid feed-in
- Solid foundation in project management and operational day-to-day business
- Independent working style and a pragmatic approach, even in demanding situations
- German language skills at least at C1 level; good English skills are an advantage
- Willingness to undertake occasional business travel
