Job Description
Project Manager implementing and enhancing ServiceNow ITSM modules for SAIC’s FAA Integrated Service Center support. Integrating enterprise systems, applying Agile delivery, and improving governance and service operations.
Responsibilities:
- Implement new ServiceNow modules and platform capabilities aligned with enterprise strategic priorities.
- Enhance previously implemented ServiceNow modules to improve workflow automation, data quality, operational transparency, and user experience.
- Integrate ServiceNow with FAA systems and data repositories to promote a unified system of record.
- Apply Agile Software Development Life Cycle methodologies to manage ServiceNow enhancements and implementations.
- Align configurations and architectural decisions with FAA digital governance and enterprise architecture frameworks.
- Promote FAA business process reengineering and standardization to improve service delivery efficiency, reduce technical debt, and drive innovation.
- Provide documentation, process guides, governance artifacts, knowledge transition artifacts, and training materials for enterprise-scale operations and adoption.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology + 7 years of progressively more responsible experience in major IT software, hardware, or integration projects, including at least four years of Project Manager experience; Additional experience will be reviewed in lieu of a degree.
- Experience with ServiceNow implementations.
- Experience managing projects utilizing the PMI framework.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust; citizenship required.
- PMP Certification preferred.
- ServiceNow certifications preferred.
- Scrum Master/Agile experience preferred.
- Experience supporting FedRAMP authorized software preferred.
- Master’s degree in information technology + ten years’ experience performing complex projects in IT software, hardware, or integration preferred.
