Job Description
Project Manager leading the JPC modernization project for Iron Mountain's Government Solutions team. Ensuring technical execution and compliance while managing government relations and project deliverables.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Project Execution: Provide clear vision and direction to the team to ensure the JPC modernization project is completed efficiently, managing technical aspects including electronic databases, barcode equipment, and digital imaging systems.
- Coordinate Government Relations: Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for the government (DLA/JPC), ensuring effective communication, resource coordination, and the delivery of regular progress and risk reports.
- Drive Operational Compliance: Manage employee schedules and records to ensure adequate staffing levels while enforcing strict compliance with performance work standards and organizational policies.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in a Clinical or Healthcare related field
- Strong knowledge of materials retrieval systems, electronic inventory systems, and digital imaging environments
- Proven ability in schedule and cost control, adapting to changing priorities, and training associates across various functions in fast-paced environments
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management
- Active PMP Certification
- T3 / Secret Clearance
