Job Description

Quality Control Manager overseeing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing aspects of geothermal construction projects. Utilizing project management software for quality checks and documentation with construction teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the quality control (QC) process relating to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) aspects of construction phases including scheduling, daily inspections, and reporting.
  • Operate project management software (Procore and RMS) to interface with submittal of daily MEP QC reports, weekly CPR’s and other documentation required for Ameresco's monthly progress payment applications.
  • Ensure USACE and Ameresco mandated submittal documentation for MEP components are properly completed and submitted to appropriate reporting authority in RMS.
  • Coordinate with Government project management personnel and subcontractors to ensure proper MEP QC procedures and documentation are performed and maintained.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in technical discipline or the equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Minimum of four years' experience in construction.
  • Ability to review confidential US security information.
  • Current USACE/NAVFAC certification.
  • Completion or progress toward engineering, technical, or industry-related education preferred.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and business relationships.
  • Strong verbal, written, computer, technical communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient computer skills including Procore, MS Word, Excel, Project.
  • 30 Hour OSHA certification.
  • CPR/First Aid certified.
  • Valid Drivers’ License issued by state of residence and in good standing.
