Job Description
Federal Proposal Manager leading the development of proposals for U.S. federal solicitations. Managing compliance and collaboration with presales teams in the proposal process.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end development of proposals in response to U.S. federal government solicitations.
- Partner with presales/capture teams using various tools to identify opportunities, qualify them, and manage compliant, compelling proposal submissions.
- Ensure all federal requirements and certifications are understood and addressed in responses.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, English, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years’ experience managing federal government proposals.
- Strong knowledge of the federal acquisition process (FAR, DFARS) and federal proposal lifecycle.
- Experience with federal research & proposal tools like GovWin, SAM.gov, FPDS, USAspending.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex proposals with tight deadlines.
