Job Description
Proposal Manager supporting Everbridge’s Sales Engineering team by managing proposals and RFI/RFP responses. Collaborating with sales teams and managing project deliverables.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to RFI/RFPs and other deliverables to support the sales process
- Maintain RFP response database and ensure it is populated with latest high-quality responses
- Liaise with members of the Sales, Sales Engineering, Legal, Marketing, and Product Development teams
- Provide administrative support to sales team leveraging primarily the Salesforce.com platform
Requirements:
- 4-7 years of experience completing proposal submissions and/or bid documents
- 4-7 years of experience in sales or field operations a plus
- Prior experience with a technology or SaaS Software company preferred
- High level understanding of internet hosted applications, highly available architectures, computer security, telephony, and networking
- Experience interfacing with business and technical teams
- Ability to maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced, team environment while managing multiple competing priorities
- Experience responding to RFIs/RFPs
- Familiarity with proposal management tools like RFPIO/Responsive .
