Job Description
Proposal Manager overseeing full proposal management lifecycle for a woman-owned consulting firm. Innovating processes while collaborating on proposal development and strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full proposal management lifecycle support to include Proposal Development & Management; Strategy & Collaboration; Content & Design; AI & Technology Integration; and Process Improvement & Knowledge Management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required.**• 3+ years of proposal development experience, preferably within Government consulting services.**• Familiarity with GSA schedules and working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).**• Proficiency with federal procurement and submission platforms, including eBuy, GovWin, PIEE, Seaport, and SAM.gov.**• Expert-level proficiency in MS Word as a desktop publishing tool; strong command of the full MS Office suite, including graphics applications.**• Hands-on experience with desktop publishing software (such as Adobe InDesign, Publisher, or equivalent) to produce visually compelling, print- and submission-ready proposal documents.**• Proficiency in MS SharePoint and other content management databases.**• Demonstrated ability or strong willingness to learn and integrate AI tools for proposal management, content development, and workflow automation.
