Job Description

Gerente Regional Acesso Público I managing relationships with public health secretariats. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure efficient access initiatives in the Brazilian context.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage and strengthen institutional relationships with State Health Departments, strategic municipal managers and other decision-makers within the public health system.
  • Identify, map and analyze opportunities, demands and access needs related to Biomm's portfolio, taking into account the regional context of the Brazilian Unified Health System (SUS).
  • Act as a strategic link between Biomm, state technical teams, commissions, working groups and other regional stakeholders, ensuring institutional alignment and consistency of messaging.
  • Plan, execute and monitor regional work plans focused on access, expansion, sustainability and continuity of therapies across the territory.
  • Organize, plan and conduct institutional meetings, technical agendas and strategic presentations related to the company's portfolio.
  • Monitor the regional regulatory and institutional environment, anticipating risks and opportunities that may impact access to the company's products.
  • Work in an integrated manner with internal areas (Commercial, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Supply Chain and Finance), ensuring strategic alignment and efficient execution of access initiatives.
  • Periodically report results, progress, risks and opportunities to leadership, contributing to Biomm's public access strategic planning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree. Postgraduate degree or MBA with a focus on the pharmaceutical industry, market access, public health, management or related fields will be considered a plus.
  • Previous experience in public market access, institutional relations, public health policy or related areas, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Residence in Rio de Janeiro.
  • Availability to travel.
