Job Description

Real Estate Acquisition Manager for a global staffing agency supporting clients' growth in South Africa. Handling sales calls, negotiating deals, and managing CRM processes remotely.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct qualified sales calls generated by the setter team.
  • Build rapport with homeowners, assess property details, and understand seller motivation.
  • Negotiate strategically to secure properties under contract at a discounted price.
  • Use high emotional intelligence to put sellers at ease while maintaining authority throughout the sales process.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Maintain accurate CRM updates and follow internal processes for seamless deal progression.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in high-ticket sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
  • Proven negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a performance-driven environment.
  • Goal-oriented with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
