Job Description
Real Estate Administrative Assistant responsible for client outreach and maintaining accurate records. Supporting transaction coordination and administrative operations in a fully remote role.
Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate client records
- Assist with transaction coordination and related administrative tasks
- Conduct outreach to past clients and prospects via phone, email, and text
- Follow up with leads and maintain organized communication records
- Support daily administrative operations of the real estate business
- Help manage client databases and ensure information remains up to date
- Assist with additional administrative and customer service tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Real Estate support role
- Strong English and Spanish communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable performing client outreach and follow up activities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
