Job Description

Recruiter responsible for full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions at AI-powered robotics startup. Engaging and managing candidate experiences while collaborating with hiring managers remotely.

Responsibilities:

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for roles across engineering, product, operations, G&A, and other functions as needed
  • Source and engage candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, outbound sourcing, referrals, etc.)
  • Manage candidate pipelines and ensure a thoughtful, high-touch candidate experience
  • Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and guide stakeholders through hiring decisions

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment
  • Proven experience owning full-lifecycle recruiting end-to-end
  • Ability to recruit across both technical and non-technical roles
  • Strong sourcing skills and comfort doing hands-on outbound recruiting
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments with limited structure
  • Experience with modern ATS tools and recruiting systems
  • Ability to work semi-independently and hold yourself accountable to meeting or exceeding sourcing, interviewing and hiring goals
