Job Description

Recruiter managing full-cycle hiring for specialized financial roles at Howard Financial. Engaging candidates and supporting onboarding for accounting and finance positions.

Responsibilities:

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for finance and accounting roles
  • Proactively source and engage candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and referrals
  • Screen resumes and conduct structured phone interviews (technical fit, systems, compensation, culture)
  • Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and drive hiring decisions
  • Create and manage job postings across recruiting platforms
  • Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, and support offer processes
  • Maintain accurate records in the ATS and support basic onboarding administration

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
  • Proven experience hiring for accounting, bookkeeping, or finance roles
  • Strong sourcing and screening skills
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS tools
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with accounting systems (QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite)
  • Experience supporting onboarding and offer processes
