Job Description
Recruiter managing full-cycle hiring for specialized financial roles at Howard Financial. Engaging candidates and supporting onboarding for accounting and finance positions.
Responsibilities:
- Own full-cycle recruiting for finance and accounting roles
- Proactively source and engage candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct structured phone interviews (technical fit, systems, compensation, culture)
- Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and drive hiring decisions
- Create and manage job postings across recruiting platforms
- Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, and support offer processes
- Maintain accurate records in the ATS and support basic onboarding administration
Requirements:
- 3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
- Proven experience hiring for accounting, bookkeeping, or finance roles
- Strong sourcing and screening skills
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS tools
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with accounting systems (QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite)
- Experience supporting onboarding and offer processes
