Job Description
Recruiter conducting complete selection processes from home. Managing all stages of the selection process independently and remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct full recruitment processes (resume sourcing, headhunting, job postings, interviews, administering tests, and providing assessments)
- Manage all stages of the recruitment process independently and remotely
Requirements:
- Previous experience in recruitment and selection required
- Must reside in Blumenau or the surrounding region
- Own laptop
- Availability to work during business hours
- Preferred: currently studying for or holding a degree in Human Resources or Psychology
Benefits:
- Commission-based compensation.
