Job Description
Talent Acquisition Specialist acquiring the best talents for Eurofins Umwelt, joining a nationwide recruiting team. Involves managing applications and collaborating on Employer Branding projects.
Responsibilities:
- You will be part of the nationwide recruiting team and support our managers in attracting the best talent for Eurofins Umwelt.
- You will handle the full job posting management, including processing incoming applications.
- You will follow up with candidates and conduct initial screening conversations when important information or documents are missing.
- You will coordinate the further application process and serve as a competent point of contact for both our hiring managers and candidates.
- You will work with the recruiting team on various projects, including employer branding and candidate experience, to take the application process to the next level.
- You will also be involved in social media recruiting.
Requirements:
- You have successfully completed your degree or vocational training, or you hold a comparable qualification.
- You are passionate about recruiting and have already gained experience in talent acquisition.
- You are a team player with strong organizational and communication skills.
- You are empathetic, have a good feel for people, and enjoy challenges.
- Very good English skills and occasional willingness to travel (< once per quarter) complete your profile.
