Job Description
Middle Recruiter managing full-cycle hiring in a performance-driven environment for a digital marketing company. Collaborating closely with Hiring Managers and ensuring quality and speed of hiring.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment (from intake meeting to candidate’s first working day)
- Conduct structured interviews
- Organize and coordinate all stages of the hiring process
- Manage the recruitment funnel and ensure SLA compliance
- Maintain ATS and prepare recruitment reports
- Collaborate with C&B on offer preparation
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process
Requirements:
- 2–4+ years of recruitment experience
- Proven experience in full-cycle hiring
- Experience in digital / IT / product environments
- Ability to manage a high volume of vacancies
- Strong offer negotiation skills
- English —C1
