Job Description

Middle Recruiter managing full-cycle hiring in a performance-driven environment for a digital marketing company. Collaborating closely with Hiring Managers and ensuring quality and speed of hiring.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment (from intake meeting to candidate’s first working day)
  • Conduct structured interviews
  • Organize and coordinate all stages of the hiring process
  • Manage the recruitment funnel and ensure SLA compliance
  • Maintain ATS and prepare recruitment reports
  • Collaborate with C&B on offer preparation
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process

Requirements:

  • 2–4+ years of recruitment experience
  • Proven experience in full-cycle hiring
  • Experience in digital / IT / product environments
  • Ability to manage a high volume of vacancies
  • Strong offer negotiation skills
  • English —C1
