Job Description
Recruiting Leader managing full-cycle hiring and HR lifecycle activities for Athletes Global Corporation. Supporting youth, families, and communities through transformational leadership services.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for hourly/non-exempt positions, including job postings, candidate screenings, interviewing, progress reporting, and orientation
- Partner with business development leaders throughout recruitment activities
- Administer employment lifecycle activities for assigned business units, including talent acquisition, new hire onboarding, progressions/promotions, development, exit processes, and background checks
- Interpret policies and procedures and provide guidance to business development leaders and team members
Requirements:
- Proven expertise in full-cycle recruitment
- Experience or familiarity with background checks, talent acquisition, compensation, reporting, and training
- Patient and compassionate approach
- Excellent listening skills
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Familiarity with ATS systems, as requested in the application
- Willingness to work part time, 9–12 hours per week
- Own computer/laptop and distraction-free work environment
