Job Description

Recruitment assistance role fully remote at Evolve Digital GmbH, a leading marketing agency. Supporting candidate selection and ensuring quality in recruitment processes without the need for prior experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Pre-screening of applications based on clearly defined criteria
  • Objectively determine whether candidates meet the requirements
  • Structured documentation of decisions in the recruiting system
  • Consistently apply predefined exclusion criteria
  • Ensure consistently high quality in candidate selection

Requirements:

  • Highly structured and detail-oriented working style
  • Ability to make clear decisions based on predefined criteria
  • Strong sense of responsibility and reliability
  • Good written communication skills in German
  • Enjoy working with clear rules, checklists and standards
  • Discretion and professional handling of candidate data
  • Important: No prior recruiting or HR experience required
