Job Description

Recruiting Manager developing strategy and processes for high-quality talent acquisition in a call center environment. Leading team efforts to align hiring with organizational goals in a growing company.

Responsibilities:

  • Build, lead, and execute recruiting strategy to attract, hire, and retain talent
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on talent market trends and workforce challenges
  • Establish recruiting goals, metrics, and reporting to measure effectiveness
  • Own and oversee full-cycle recruiting for key roles
  • Partner with hiring team to define role requirements and interview processes
  • Ensure positive candidate experience that reflects organizational values
  • Assist with design and continuous improvement of recruiting processes
  • Manage applicant tracking systems and recruiting technology
  • Coach hiring team on effective interviewing and selection
  • Strengthen employer brand through job postings and outreach
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
  • Proven success managing full-cycle recruiting in a small or growing organization in the call-center space
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align recruiting efforts to organizational priorities
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills
  • Hands-on, self-starter mindset with the ability to operate both strategically and tactically
