Job Description
Recruiting Manager developing strategy and processes for high-quality talent acquisition in a call center environment. Leading team efforts to align hiring with organizational goals in a growing company.
Responsibilities:
- Build, lead, and execute recruiting strategy to attract, hire, and retain talent
- Serve as a trusted advisor on talent market trends and workforce challenges
- Establish recruiting goals, metrics, and reporting to measure effectiveness
- Own and oversee full-cycle recruiting for key roles
- Partner with hiring team to define role requirements and interview processes
- Ensure positive candidate experience that reflects organizational values
- Assist with design and continuous improvement of recruiting processes
- Manage applicant tracking systems and recruiting technology
- Coach hiring team on effective interviewing and selection
- Strengthen employer brand through job postings and outreach
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent
Requirements:
- 3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
- Proven success managing full-cycle recruiting in a small or growing organization in the call-center space
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align recruiting efforts to organizational priorities
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills
- Hands-on, self-starter mindset with the ability to operate both strategically and tactically
