Job Description

Responsable du recrutement des fonctions internes chez Devoteam, axé sur les procédures de recrutement et le management de l'équipe. Expérience significative en recrutement interne est nécessaire.

Responsibilities:

  • Within the Structure Recruitment team for France, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for Devoteam's internal functions.
  • Support managers with their recruitment needs (briefing, progress updates, etc.).
  • Manage the team's recruiter (permanent hire / CDI) and lead the Structure Recruitment unit.
  • Source candidates and publish job postings on our ATS SmartRecruiters, with a focus on Business functions (sales, delivery and leadership).
  • Manage the recruitment process end-to-end: phone screenings, HR interviews, behavioral assessments, job offers, salary negotiation, sending contracts, onboarding, etc.
  • Collaborate with recruitment stakeholders: HRBPs, HR administration, hiring managers, and recruitment teams across business units.
  • Be proactive in proposing improvements to team processes, tools, best practices and new ideas to share.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree (Bac+5) or equivalent in Human Resources, business/management or a related field.
  • 7+ years of recruitment experience, including significant experience recruiting internal functions, notably sales roles in IT services companies (ESN).
  • Ideally, experience in an ESN (IT services/digital services company) or in a recruitment agency.
  • Recognized for your energy, curiosity, strong interpersonal skills and excellent written communication.
