Job Description

In-house recruiter for the Aurora Group handling recruitment for educational and care services. Managing hiring processes, candidate support, and stakeholder relations in a remote setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of recruitment activity for several services.
  • Create and manage compelling job adverts to attract the right talent.
  • Support candidates throughout the application process.
  • Longlisting and screening candidates.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
  • Coordinate and arrange interviews with hiring managers.
  • Manage the offer stage before handing over to the onboarding team.
  • Inspire and motivate your Resourcer to hit targets for direct hires through social media and job boards.

Requirements:

  • Proven in‑house recruitment experience (agency experience considered but may focus on sales and targets).
  • Experience within education or care preferred, but ability to understand services and candidate profiles is crucial.
  • A genuine team mindset with willingness to support and collaborate with colleagues.
  • An open-minded and flexible approach to work, able to adapt to last minute changes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Confidence working in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, self-starting and motivated approach.
  • Interest in contributing new ideas and supporting continuous improvement.
