Job Description
In-house recruiter for the Aurora Group handling recruitment for educational and care services. Managing hiring processes, candidate support, and stakeholder relations in a remote setting.
Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of recruitment activity for several services.
- Create and manage compelling job adverts to attract the right talent.
- Support candidates throughout the application process.
- Longlisting and screening candidates.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
- Coordinate and arrange interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage the offer stage before handing over to the onboarding team.
- Inspire and motivate your Resourcer to hit targets for direct hires through social media and job boards.
Requirements:
- Proven in‑house recruitment experience (agency experience considered but may focus on sales and targets).
- Experience within education or care preferred, but ability to understand services and candidate profiles is crucial.
- A genuine team mindset with willingness to support and collaborate with colleagues.
- An open-minded and flexible approach to work, able to adapt to last minute changes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Confidence working in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, self-starting and motivated approach.
- Interest in contributing new ideas and supporting continuous improvement.
