Job Description

Recruitment Resourcer supporting recruitment for care and education services across the UK. Home-based with occasional office visits to Twigworth, Gloucester.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the recruitment team managing all permanent and FTC recruitment across multiple sites in the UK
  • Direct attraction of candidates
  • Advertising roles and searching for candidates on job boards
  • Promoting and articulating roles to candidates
  • Maintaining the ATS
  • Shortlisting and arranging interviews

Requirements:

  • Ideally Recruitment Resourcing / Recruitment Administration experience (either in-house or agency) but may consider candidates with a background in care/education who are keen to start a career in Recruitment/HR
  • Ability to work effectively from home
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Time management, administration and organisation skills
  • Willingness to learn and the ability to work under pressure
