Job Description
Recruitment Specialist sourcing and screening high-volume candidates for Kognitive Sales Solutions’ growing retail sales business. Managing ATS records, hiring-manager presentations, and recruitment strategies remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Source, identify, and engage potential candidates through online platforms, job fair events, employment centers, and employee referrals
- Conduct thorough virtual candidate screenings and interviews
- Assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and culture fit
- Present well-qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Collaborate with field team to identify staffing needs and ensure a smooth onboarding process
- Maintain accurate and organized records using the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
- Create ongoing recruitment/sourcing strategies and tools to increase applicants and drive awareness in the market
- Recruiters review AI screening results and make all hiring decisions
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role
- Experience with Sales recruitment an asset
- Strong understanding of recruiting processes, laws, and best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
