Job Description

Regional Associate Marketing Manager executing campaigns, digital content, and brand initiatives for Hyatt’s hospitality portfolio in Mexico. Coordinating hotels, agencies, assets, launches, and performance reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution of regional marketing campaigns and initiatives across assigned hotels, campaigns, and strategic initiatives
  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, marketing assets, photoshoots, hotel requests, and campaign implementation across assigned properties
  • Coordinate digital content updates across Hyatt CMS and support maintenance of hotel websites
  • Ensure content accuracy, brand consistency, and timely publication of approved marketing materials
  • Serve as the day-to-day marketing contact for assigned hotels, providing guidance on marketing processes, campaign execution, content requests, brand standards, and marketing resources
  • Support the development, organization, and distribution of marketing collateral, digital assets, sales tools, and promotional materials
  • Coordinate with creative agencies, vendors, and external partners to support project execution and monitor deliverables
  • Support marketing activities for new hotel openings, conversions, relaunches, and regional projects
  • Coordinate regional marketing communications, maintain project trackers, support recurring team meetings, document action items, and contribute to process improvements
  • Track reporting and performance optimization while keeping brand standards, commercial priorities, timelines, assets, digital platforms, and stakeholders aligned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3–4 years of professional experience in marketing, branding, public relations, or communications is preferred
  • Working knowledge of digital content management, website/CMS workflows, Digital Asset Management (DAM), media libraries, paid media fundamentals, and marketing asset governance
  • Strong understanding of brand management, brand positioning, storytelling, content development, and brand governance
  • Experience maintaining brand consistency across multiple touchpoints
  • Experience supporting integrated (360°) marketing campaigns across digital, social media, PR, partnerships, and on-property activations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with marketing technologies, creative software, and AI-powered tools
  • Ability to work with agencies, vendors, external partners, hotels, and cross-functional stakeholders
