Job Description
Regional Business Development Leader overseeing public relations and marketing programs for a healthcare facility. Ensuring community outreach and compliance with privacy regulations while maintaining employee engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Support and educate marketing and public relations programs
- Develop and implement public relations and marketing programs
- Monitor and evaluate marketing and public relations policies
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys
- Maintain accurate public information
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university, or equivalent
- Master’s Degree in Marketing preferred or MBA
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
- Proficient in the Microsoft Suite products
