Job Description

Regional Business Manager partnering with leadership to achieve sales goals in oncology at BeOne. Analyzing market dynamics and leading regional initiatives for business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Regional Leadership Team to realize vision and attain sales goals
  • Analyze market dynamics and identify trends
  • Create action plans for business opportunities
  • Engage in performance discussions with Regional LT
  • Coordinate execution of regional SBRs
  • Collaborate with CLD for local training initiatives
  • Review resource utilization and optimize usage
  • Lead special projects and initiatives

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales
  • Significant hematology experience
  • Proven track record of success
  • Interest in a front-line leadership role
  • Deep understanding of oncology market dynamics
  • Ability to measure and analyze KPI
  • Proficiency in business planning tools (Navigator, Explorer)
  • Flexibility in managing competing priorities
  • Excellent collaboration skills
  • Self-starting and self-managing work style
  • Adept in cultivating trusted relationships
  • Openness to relocation for future leadership roles
