Job Description
Regional Business Manager partnering with leadership to achieve sales goals in oncology at BeOne. Analyzing market dynamics and leading regional initiatives for business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Regional Leadership Team to realize vision and attain sales goals
- Analyze market dynamics and identify trends
- Create action plans for business opportunities
- Engage in performance discussions with Regional LT
- Coordinate execution of regional SBRs
- Collaborate with CLD for local training initiatives
- Review resource utilization and optimize usage
- Lead special projects and initiatives
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales
- Significant hematology experience
- Proven track record of success
- Interest in a front-line leadership role
- Deep understanding of oncology market dynamics
- Ability to measure and analyze KPI
- Proficiency in business planning tools (Navigator, Explorer)
- Flexibility in managing competing priorities
- Excellent collaboration skills
- Self-starting and self-managing work style
- Adept in cultivating trusted relationships
- Openness to relocation for future leadership roles
