Job Description
Regional On Premise Manager at Red Bull overseeing HoReCa sector and empowering teams across Toscana, Umbria, Abruzzo. Leading strategic partnerships and fostering brand values in the market.
Responsibilities:
- Be the credible voice of On Premise for Red Bull.
- Ensure appropriate communication flow and knowledge transfer within the national management team.
- Secure and optimize the teamwork with all national business units.
- Bring the brand premium values of Red Bull to life as a role model for the entire team and the On Premise network.
- Use your unique personality to showcase this premium brand and to build effective relationships with strategically important customers and industry contacts.
- Be the voice, the example, the standard.
- Build and maintain a strong and highly effective team.
- Lead and coach all direct reports in a motivational way for increased productivity and engagement.
- Guarantee coaching on a benchmark level to ensure continuous development of the team so that they stay on the cutting edge.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of proven experience in the HoReCa sector, with deep knowledge of its dynamics, key players, and business drivers.
- Be a natural leader with exceptional communication skills and the ability to inspire, empower, and influence at every level.
- Proven experience in team management, coaching, and developing talent.
- Strong commercial acumen with the capacity to navigate complex markets, customer relationships and strategic decisions.
- Ability to build authentic, long-term partnerships with high-level customers and industry stakeholders.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, diverse, and dynamic environments.
