Job Description

Regional Sales Director driving growth across the western U.S. with Norton LifeLock Benefit Solutions. Leading relationships with brokers and clients to enhance employee benefits service offerings.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, pursue, and close targeted broker and agency opportunities from lead generation through contract execution
  • Assess broker and client needs to develop tailored program designs and enrollment solutions
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of Norton LifeLock Benefit Solutions and our full suite of identity protection and cybersecurity offerings
  • Lead quarterly broker events, webinars, and educational sessions to maintain strong engagement and brand visibility
  • Use Salesforce and related tools to manage pipelines, track performance, and drive referrals
  • Work closely with Employee Benefits leadership, Sales Enablement, Legal, Finance, and Partner Account Managers to support successful program delivery
  • Stay current on industry trends to inform sales strategy
  • Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager and VP of Sales on pipeline management, forecasting, and the identification of new broker and employer opportunities

Requirements:

  • 5–7 years of business development or sales experience in employee benefits, voluntary benefits, or insurance services
  • Proven success meeting or exceeding sales targets in a consultative B2B environment
  • Experience presenting to and negotiating with C-level executives and key stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and sales cycles
  • Excellent public speaking and presentation abilities
  • Willingness to travel up to 70% throughout the western U.S.
