Job Description
Enterprise Sales Manager responsible for driving growth and enterprise client acquisition in Italy and EMEA South. Building strong sales pipelines and engaging with senior stakeholders in HR and Finance.
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of enterprise opportunities across EMEA South, especially Italy
- Develop and execute account plans for named enterprise prospects
- Lead complex sales cycles from qualification to close
- Engage senior stakeholders, including C-level leaders in HR, Finance, and Compensation
- Position beqom’s value clearly through consultative, value-based selling
- Build business cases, ROI analyses, and commercial proposals
- Partner with internal teams on demos, opportunity strategy, and deal execution
- Represent beqom at events, conferences, and client meetings
Requirements:
- 5+ years of quota-carrying enterprise SaaS sales experience
- Proven success closing high-value, complex deals
- Experience selling in Italy or across EMEA South
- Strong consultative selling skills and ability to build trust with senior stakeholders
- Experience in HR Tech, Compensation Management, Pay Equity, Performance Management, or related SaaS solutions is a strong plus
- Experience selling to Financial Services or large enterprise clients is an advantage
- Confident communicator with strong presentation and listening skills
- Self-driven, structured, resilient, and comfortable working autonomously
- Fluent English; Italian is a strong plus
- Experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM tools
