Job Description

Regional Sales Manager overseeing sales operations and strategies for DME products. Responsible for customer relations and market analysis with extensive travel required.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers daily
  • Meet team targets and key performance indicators
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends affecting company sales, reviewing market analyses to determine customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates
  • Assist leadership in annual review, preparation, and administration of sales forecasts
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals
  • Represent the company at trade association meetings to promote products
  • Deliver sales presentations to key clients in coordination with sales representatives
  • Prepare periodic sales reports, assisting sales representatives with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals
  • Monitor and evaluate activities and products of competitors
  • Travel up to 50-75% of the time, including overnight stays

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or related field with 5+ years of sales experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience in mold making, injection molding, or plastics industry
  • Ability to utilize CRM software
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
